This rifle belongs to the pre-Remington acquisition era, often considered a high-water mark for Bushmaster quality and craftsmanship.

This specimen is configured with the highly desirable Fixed A2 Carry Handle upper receiver, providing an integrated, robust rear sight and classic profile. It has been tastefully upgraded with OD Green Magpul MOE furniture, including the MOE carbine handguard (right side) and MOE pistol grip (right side), paired with a black Magpul MOE collapsible stock. To maximize performance and mitigate muzzle rise, it is outfitted with a clean, effective aftermarket multi-port muzzle brake (origin unknown). Note the specific aftermarket Picatinny rail section attached to the right side of the A2 front sight post.
